I do this because I've spent my entire career watching what happens when people are positioned right.

Over a decade in corporate environments — leading sales teams, building training systems, managing customer experience strategy — I saw the same thing over and over again. Talented people. Real impact. Completely invisible on paper.

I watched professionals with extraordinary records get passed over because the story their documents told didn't match the person standing in the room. I watched people undersell themselves in job searches, stay stuck in roles they'd outgrown, and accept less than they deserved because nobody had ever helped them translate who they actually were into language that opened doors.

I've been that person too.

So I started doing something about it.

I brought everything I know about brand positioning, instructional development, value communication, and what actually makes people choose one candidate over another — and I built Project Kinfolk.

Not a resume service. A professional identity practice.
